Booking Requirements

If you’re interested in learning more about our services, simply get in touch. We require a 50% minimum deposit on all fishing charters and full payment for sunset cruises and scuba charters. We have a 30 day cancellation policy for charters unless we can rebook your spot. Captain makes the final decision on the charter and may cancel based on weather. We will do our absolute best to get you out and give you notice of what the weather is doing. By booking you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate a charter early for disorderly behavior with no refund for the difference in time. If we have to return early for conditions out of our control billing will be prorated based on an hourly rate and how much fuel has been burned. All charters have a minimum of 4 passengers unless you book the whole boat and a maximum of 6 passengers. On fishing charters 4 is the optimal number to give us all room to move about. Please remember to check our calendar to ensure the charter type you are booking is available on the date you choose. If the whole day is available you are the first one to book and can determine the charter type. Departure times and ports may vary depending on the charter and where you would like to fish/cruise. It only takes one person to start a charter so feel free to give us a call and set up a trip!
